Lambs at Marsh Farm

If you would like to take your children or grandchildren to see some new born lambs in the next few weeks, then a good place to go is Marsh Farm in South Woodham Ferrers. I was there today in the sunshine and loved it!
It’s a very family friendly farm, with lots of animals – including sheep, cows, calves, ponies, goats, chickens, and pigs for children to pet and feed.
But the lambs were the stars of the show!
There’s a new play barn and a small pets area will be opening up in the next few weeks. There are tractor-trailor rides available and a great playground with lots of big wooden climbing frames in the shape of diggers and lorries for children to climb on. There’s also a gift shop and lots of open space for picnics.
