“The MG Car Club was formed in 1930 at the famous MG works in Abingdon, which closed in 1980. Today, the MG Car Club is based at Kimber House in Abingdon, in the shadow of the former factory and caters for all MGs and their owners, from the earliest vintage machines through to the newest cars that carry the famous MG octagon badge. and is one of the oldest single marque car clubs in the world.
We expect a good selection of cars on show at North Weald, covering not just the MG story from sports to saloons but a wide range of other makes and models too.
Spot the car you always wanted, the bedroom poster cars of years gone by and the car your dad had back in the day. All of the owners are approachable and don’t be afraid to ask them questions!”
