The National Garden Scheme gives you access to many private gardens that you normally can’t get into. And they have three of them open in February for the snowdrops!

The Snowdrop Walk is a real treat and takes you through this wonderful natural setting, punctuated by vast plane trees and many other established shrubs and trees.

Dragons is a plantswoman’s 3/4 acre country garden, planted to encourage wildlife. This Essex garden is part of the NGS Snowdrop Festival and you can enjoy time walking along the meandering paths which cut through wonderful carpets of snowdrops.
