Food critic Jay Rayner was in Essex the other week, tweeting about his visit to The Company Shed on West Mersea (and sharing a picture of a huge pile of crab, oyster and mussel shells). He also went to The Mistley Thorn and reviewed it in today’s Observer Magazine.
