Kentwell Hall, Long Melford CO10 9BA
Saturday 17th February 2024 to Sunday 25th February 2024, 11am to 3pm
“Experience the enchanting beauty of Kentwell’s Gardens at its most magical during the spring season. Picture The Shrubbery and Back Wood adorned with delicate Snowdrops, complemented by pockets of vibrant yellow Aconites. The winter landscape unveils the graceful silhouettes of bare trees, notably the ancient Espalier fruit trees with their gnarled arms in the Walled Garden. Amidst the Yews and Conifers, bursts of colour add to the visual feast.
For our younger visitors, the Tudor Rose Courtyard Maze and Yew Castle offer delightful surprises, along with a captivating storybook trail. The gardens, throughout all seasons, are framed by the picturesque Moats and the warm redbrick of the Hall, a historic gem crafted by the Clopton family five centuries ago.
The house will not be open.”
