Essex has a huge amount to offer, but if you pop over the border now and then, there’s even more to see and do. Here are a few of our tips.

Jimmy’s Farm is south of Ipswich, on the Essex side of the A14. There’s generally lots to see, and we enjoyed our trip to their Xmas Fayre one year.

Head down to Stratford and get the DLR and cross the Thames on the Emirates Air Line, and visit The Museum of London at Dockland.
